A tracker that gathers the scattered seasons, movies and OVAs of your MyAnimeList list into one card per franchise, in release order. It shows your next episode and, when you mark one watched, writes that to MAL too.

Only if you logged in with MyAnimeList and changed something in the app: watch status, episodes watched and rewatching. If you want, watch dates and the rewatch count too (both can be switched off in Settings). Your score is written only when you change it in the app. If you choose "Remove from my list", only a Plan to Watch entry with nothing watched and no score is deleted from your MAL list; nothing else is ever deleted. While browsing a list without signing in, nothing is ever written to MAL.

Browsing a list without logging in needs a public list, and it is not stored in this browser. When you log in with MyAnimeList you can open your own list even if it is private. Anyone else's list is read only when it is public.

When you sign in with MyAnimeList, a copy of your list is kept in this browser (localStorage); nothing is stored while browsing a list. No one's list is stored on the server; there is no database. The real copy is on MyAnimeList.

In the account menu, "Sign out" deletes the cookies, the list copy in this browser and changes waiting to be sent to MAL (it warns you first if changes are waiting). You can also remove the permission in the connected apps of your MyAnimeList account settings. To delete the data in this browser, use your browser's "clear site data". Your list on MAL is not affected by any of this.

Use the "Is this group wrong?" link at the bottom of the series panel and write which anime should be on separate cards or on the same one.

No. Sagaline is an independent project, not affiliated with or endorsed by MyAnimeList. It reads your list through the official MyAnimeList API.
